Promotion is only valid on reservations booked within the room block through the same travel agent and tour operator.
Rooms booked outside of the room block will not apply to total counts.
Private Event Discounts: 
Discount only applies to food and beverage portion of event for items purchased from the banquet kit. The 20% discount on F&B applies to minimum 5 rooms booked.
Free Stay: 
Room category for free room (and all additional stays) is in the lead in category or the lowest category and number of nights booked under the group contract. Extra nights and category upgrades will be based on tour operators existing rates. If the room is booked in a higher category or more nights than what is qualified, a credit will be issued to apply towards that reservation.
Free Wedding Package: 
The free wedding package is only applicable to groups that have purchased the qualifying room category. Room upgrades that have been provided on a complimentary basis do not apply. Free wedding package is available at certain hotels only.
