Terms & Conditions:

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Deposit of $150 per person.
    A deposit is required within 24h of reservation to confirm your trip. Promotions and specials sales may require additional deposit. Airlines may also require an immediate ticketing - in that case full fare cost is due within 24 hours.
    Travel insurance has to be purchased with deposit and cannot be added later.
    In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required with deposit.
  • Final Payment due 45 days prior scheduled departure.
    If a reservation is made within 45 days of your departure date, full payment will be required. Group reservations require 60 days final payment prior departure.If a reservation is made within 14 days of departure an additional $25 fee will be charged to expedite the reservation process and document shipping.
  • A Late Fee of $25 will incur to reservations without balance paid by due date. 

CHANGES TO CONFIRMED RESERVATION

Each time changes are made to a confirmed reservation (deposit received) a revision fee of $50 per booking will be due to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires to re-issue an airline ticket, airline's policy is to charge a penalty (amount varies based on airline on reservation) plus any difference in the fare cost in addition to the revision fee. Hotel revisions are also subject to fare increases. Certain airfares and hotel promotions do not allow changes under any circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Luxury Travel Outlets strongly suggest that you purchase cancellation insurance to avoid any unexpected losses due to cancellation of your trip. Please advise us immediately should you wish to cancel your reservation in order to minimize penalties. In an event of that nature, you will receive a full refund less the following charges:

  • 46 days or more prior departure- $150 per person + Any additional supplier fees
  • 45 to 22 days prior departure- $200 per person + Any additional supplier fees
  • 21 to 0 days prior departure- $250 per person + Any additional supplier fees

Supplier fees are any additional penalties charged by the airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, cruise lines, or any companies providing additional services to your reservation. Published fares are non-refundable! All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

GROUP`S CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any room reductions/cancellations between 90 and 61 days prior to departure –non-refundable 1st Deposit.

  • Any room reductions/cancellations between 60 and 51 days prior to departure –non-refundable 1st Deposit + 1 night penalty. 

  • Any room reductions/cancellations between 50 and 36 days prior to departure - non-refundable 1st & 2nd Deposit + 2 night penalty. 

  • Any room reductions/cancellations or no shows between 35 to 0 days prior to departure will be 100% non-refundable.

Wedding deposits (government processing fees) and other special payments are subject to their own cancellation penalties. Please make sure you understand the cancellation and revision policies applicable to these special reservations.
Duplicate reservations will result in cancellation of all space and can incur fees.

Accepted methods of payment:

  • Check, money order, certified check

Final balance will be charged automatically to initial account on file. If you plan to use another account please contact us prior final due date with updated information.
We strongly suggest adherence to the payment dates to avoid late fees and cancellation of space.

TRAVEL INSURANCE PROTECTION

Luxury Travel Outlets highly recommends travel Insurance to be purchased with your trip. Cost and coverage of the travel insurance varies significantly from one tour operator to another.

The most favorable insurance plan is Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection (rates vary based on total trip cost).
You can also purchase insurance on your own that is independent of the tour operators.

Secure Flight Information

Secure Flight is a program to provide uniform watch list matching by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The mission of the Secure Flight program is to enhance the security of domestic and international commercial air travel through the use of improved watch list matching to identify known and suspected terrorists.

Under the Secure Flight program you must provide your travel airline with information about each passenger in order to obtain a boarding pass for that passenger. You must also provide this information for non-travelers if they require admittance to the secured area of the airport.
The required information includes full name as it appears on a government-issued ID, date of birth, and gender. If you have a Redress number you should also provide it. It`s passengers` responsibility to provide accurate information. Any changes to reservation due to incorrect information will incur penalties from airlines.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES AND SURCHARGES

All passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger. If airlines decide to add surcharge due to volatile fuel rates, these additional charges, even on paid reservations, are the traveler’s responsibility.
Please make sure to call your airline 24h prior departure to re-confirm flights. Airlines occasionally change their schedule. Be sure to arrive on time - at least 2.5h for international departure is recommended. http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/
