Couples Sans Souci was absolutely breathtaking! It was more than I ever dreamed it would be! My family and I had the best time there and are all planning a trip to return there as soon as possible! Hopefully next year. The food was amazing, the service was the best I` ve ever had, but most importantly, the people were OUTSTANDING! We felt like we were home there. Anything we needed was taken care of at the resort right away. I am confident that we made the best choice in choosing Couples Sans Souci for our Wedding/Honeymoon. I couldn`t be any happier. I actually cried because I did not want to leave, that is how much I loved it there. Jamaica is still on my mind. I just cant wait to go back!

Thank you so much for your "welcome back"...Jamaica is now our most favorite place @ Couples Negril...absolutlely amazing...accommodations, cleanliness and staff personnel were incredible.  One event planner, Nana, chose to eat lunch with us one day...she saw me at the buffet and asked if we had room, she'd like to join, so there she was...Another event planner Nellie and server, Neira were angels...so personable and most humble...so we thank you for all that you did for our part of the trip...your packet of information was most helpful and easy to follow.

Where do we begin. From the beginning of our trip that started with contacting you to make our arrangements, we have been nothing but completely satisfied. Your courteous, professional and charming demeanor during our planning time was second to none. You answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and there were never any hidden agenda's with Luxury Travel Outlets. 

As for our trip, Oh My GOD!  Alan & I would have to say that in our almost 30 years together, this was our best vacation EVER!  The folks that met us at the airport in Montego Bay were friendly & most helpful from the moment we made contact with them. Since this was my first ever airplane flight, I was a little nervous and apprehensive about the whole thing, but your staff made sure that we were where we needed to be, when we needed to be there.
The bus ride over to the hotel was fun and energetic and provided a prelude to the fun we would have in the week ahead.  The hotel staff immediately greeted us with a cool wash cloth to freshen up and the wonderful Jamaican smile that welcomed us home was awesome. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcomed and the staff were the best we had ever experienced as far as going above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one.
Our room was nice and clean and always had plenty of fresh clean linens and a stocked mini fridge that was to our specifications.  Everyone we came into contact with always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond, whether they were the staff cleaning our room or the staff delivering our drinks at beach or pool side.  We are looking forward to our next trip to Couples Negril that will be making those arrangements with you all.
Overall, our experience.....it will be hard to top.  Thank you Mon for a WONDERFUL vacation.

We loved our vacation. The resort was very beautiful, the room was nice and clean and we had a great view. We were satisfied with all of the service provided to us (housekeeping, cooks, waiters, drivers, all other staff). Also, we did not know about the entertainment staff on the resort and they were really fun. That was a cherry on the top. We had such a good time.

Transportation to and from airport: clean & semi timely, nice friendly people.-  8 of 10

Check-in: We arrived early before noon and were given room immediately - 9 of 10
Room: small but clean 7-10
Room  bar service: – very good and speedy if you needed something : 9-10; Grounds: Very clean 8-10
Pool: clean, well-kept, plenty of lounge chairs 8-10
Bars:  Good service, Red stripe and Red strip light very low quality alcohol, Service - 8 of 10
Beach: nice beach and lounge chairs, water not very clear and grassy bottom. – 7 of 10
Activities: pool activities, beach activities, sailing, kayaks, wind surfing, paddle boats,  
Gym - 8.5 of 10; Night life – very active fun but corny – 8 of 10; Food – very average buffet food 4 of 10
Overall for cost : VERY, VERY good vacation and perfect for my 20 year old daughter and myself.

Couples Negril was fantastic as usual.  Our 14^th time if you can believe that.  They have a new GM but we couldn’t tell the difference one way or another. We may try Sans Souci the next time – we keep hearing people talk about it.  I know it’s your favorite.  We’ll probably be making reservations for next year before the discounts close at end of June. We all had a blast. can't wait to go back to a similar destination. We really liked the concept of All Inclusive. We would definitely go through you for future trips as well. Riu provided exceptional service... here are the highlights:
- Exceptional Entertainers and Shows
- God tropical setting. Clean Rooms
- Good pool area and swim up bar
- Great Food and cocktails
- Beach area was not too great (Man made) I have seen better sandy beaches but we hardy needed that.
- Kids Mini camp not too great but kids did not want to be there. My Son enjoyed Pool and other areas more. Same with other kids. If they had a free camp at night so that we can go to Night club etc it would have put icing to the cake but then you can't ask for everything.
- In general Jamaican are very friendly Resort staff and their service was exceptional.
